Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ cup grated tasty cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, plus extra for garnish
- 1 slice crusty bread
- 110g can John West Sardines in Spring Water, drained
Instructions
Step 1
Combine egg yolk, cheese and parsley in a small bowl.
Step 2
Cook one side of the bread under a preheated grill, remove, and arrange John West Sardines on the untoasted side and spoon cheese mixture on top.
Step 3
Place under a preheated grill for 30 seconds or until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with extra parsley.
