Instructions
Step 1
Cook John West Atlantic Salmon following packet directions. Set aside to cool and break into small flakes.
Step 2
To assemble rolls, prepare rice paper sheet by dipping in warm water to soften. Lay flat and fill with a small handful of salmon, rice vermicelli, carrot, spring onion, coriander and mint. Fold in sides and roll to secure. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Step 3
For the dipping sauce, whisk together sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl. Serve with the rice paper rolls.
