Lemongrass, Tuna & Rice Noodles For One


Rice noodles with fragrant lemongrass, tuna and vegetables.

  • 75g packet rice noodles
  • 150g packet frozen Birds Eye Steam Fresh - Cauliflower, Green Beans & Julienne Carrots
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemongrass paste or finely sliced lemongrass
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • 125g can John West Tuna Slices in Springwater undrained


Step 1

Prepare rice noodles following packet directions. At the same time cook frozen Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetables following packet directions.

Step 2

Drain noodles and return to hot saucepan, stir the liquid from the John West Tuna Slices, lemongrass paste and lime juice through the noodles.

Step 3

Gently toss through cooked vegetables and John West Tuna Slices. Squeeze over lime juice and serve immediately.

Tasty Tip!

Serve with cashew nuts or peanuts and some sweet chilli sauce.
