Makes: 6 prawn cracker cups
- 95g can John West Malaysian Curry & Tuna
- 6 prawn crackers
- ¼ cup bean shoots
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of John West Tuna onto each prawn cracker.
Combine bean shoots, coriander and lime juice in a small bowl. Top prawn crackers with bean shoot mixture and serve immediately.
Prawn crackers can be purchased from your local Asian takeaway restaurant or in the Asian or chip aisle of most supermarkets.
