A real oyster lover’s delight! Steak grilled to perfection and topped with Smoked Oysters in a zesty combination of tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and rocket.

- 2 pieces grilling steak
- 85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Barbecue Sauce, drained and reserve sauce
- 6-8 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ finely sliced red onion
- ½ small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup rocket leaves
Season steak with cracked black pepper and cook on a preheated oiled BBQ or pan-fry until cooked as desired.
Combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, rocket and John West Smoked Oysters tossing lightly.
Serve steak drizzled with reserved sauce and topped with Smoked Oyster mixture.
Steak can be thinly sliced after cooking and served over salsa.
