Tropical Nori & Tuna Rolls


Nori rolls are a great alternative to sandwiches, try these yummy tuna ones

Serves: 4


  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 4 nori sheets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Grated rind of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut into slices
  • Curly lettuce leaves
  • 425g can John West Tuna - Olive Oil Blend, drained and flaked


Step 1

Cook sushi rice following packet directions and allow to cool. Press a quarter of the rice over a nori sheet.

Step 2

Combine mayonnaise, lime rind, juice and coconut and spread a little over the rice. Place some lettuce down the centre of the rice, top with John West Tuna and slices of mango.

Step 3

Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat to make 4 rolls. Chill until ready to serve. Remove plastic and cut into slices, serve with pickled ginger.

Tasty Tip!

As an alternative to rolls wrap in a cone shape following directions on nori sheet packet.
