Tuna And Bean Burritos


Delicious tuna, avocado and bean burritos

  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 125g can red kidney beans, drained
  • 95g can John West Tuna – Tangy Jalapeno
  • 1 large tortilla
  • ¼ cup grated tasty cheese
  • Sour cream and lime cheek, for serving


Step 1

Layer avocado, spinach, red kidney beans and John West Tuna in the centre of the tortilla. Sprinkle over cheese.

Step 2

Wrap and serve with sour cream and lime cheek.

Tasty Tip!

For something different, wrap up both ends of the burrito and place in a heated frypan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is golden, turning once. Or heat in a sandwich press.
