A quick and easy sandwich with a tomato tuna filling

- 120g jar John West Tuna Spread - Tomato and Basil
- 6 slices French bread stick
- Lettuce leaves, carrot, cucumber slices and avocado slices
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish
Spread John West Tuna Spread onto two of the bread stick slices. Add lettuce leaves, carrot and cucumber slices. Top with avocado and remaining bread slices.
Place cherry tomatoes on top of each sandwich and secure with a toothpick or short bamboo skewer. Alternatively, serve with an accompaniment of tomatoes.
Use the Tuna Spread as a filling for panini or sandwiches and toast in sandwich maker.
