A stylish entertaining idea

- 10 blanched almonds
- 10 pitted prunes
- 6 rashers middle bacon, cut into 2cm wide strips
- 85g can John West Smoked Oysters in Oil, drained
- Trimmed sticks of rosemary or toothpicks
Insert an almond into each prune and wrap in a strip of bacon. Thread rosemary sticks or toothpicks through the soft part of the prune and bacon.
Wrap remaining bacon around 1-2 drained John West Smoked Oysters, and thread as in step one.
Grill or pan fry until bacon is crisp and browned.
Angels and Devils can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Grill or pan fry just before serving.
