Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frypan. Add garlic, onion, bacon, capsicum and cook for 3-4 minutes or until bacon and onion are browned. Add Leggo’s Tomato Puree and wine, simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Gently stir in undrained John West Smoked Kippers and spinach until spinach has wilted. Toss pasta through sauce and serve.
