- 1 sheet mountain bread
- Mayonnaise for spreading
- 95g can John West Tuna Tempters – Lemon & Cracked Pepper
- 1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
- ¼ red capsicum, cut into thin slices
- ¼ avocado, sliced
Spread mountain bread with mayonnaise, spoon on drained John West Tuna Tempters and top with lettuce, red capsicum and avocado.
Roll up and cut in half or quarters to serve.
Extra fillings can be added such as chopped tomato, cucumber, celery or beetroot.
