Spicy pasta sauce full of flavour to tingle the taste buds.

- 500g penne pasta
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 3 rashers short cut bacon, cut into thin strips
- 350g jar Leggo's Stir Through Sauce – Tomato, Olive and Chilli
- ½ x 45g can John West Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, chopped
Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
Heat oil in large frypan, add spring onions and bacon, cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in Leggo's Stir Through Sauce and heat through. Stir in John West Anchovy Fillets.
Spoon sauce over pasta and serve immediately.
For an extra hot kick, add ½ cup hot salami strips in step 2.
