A Mediterranean style pasta dish made simple to prepare using a can of John West Tempters.

- 2/3 cup penne pasta
- 95g can John West Salmon Tempters – Onion & Tomato
- 4 pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 teaspoon baby capers
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Cook pasta in boiling water following packet directions.
Drain cooked pasta and return to hot saucepan. Gently stir through John West Salmon Tempters, olives, capers and a squeeze lemon juice and heat for 1 minute. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.
