Try this delicious relish on its own or as part of an antipasto platter

- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 1/3 cup roasted capsicum, finely diced
- 1/3 cup Leggo’s Pesto Sundried Tomato
- 125g can John West Tuna Slices - Olive Oil Blend, well drained
Place tomatoes, capsicum and Leggo’s Pesto in a small bowl and mix well.
Place spoonfuls onto serving plate and lay John West Tuna Slices over the top.
The Tomato relish makes a great spread for sandwiches.
