- 185g can John West Tuna & Beans – Roasted Capsicum & Three Beans
- 1 tomato, cut into quarters
- ½ cup sliced celery
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- Red onion slices, for garnish
Combine John West Tuna & Beans with tomato quarters, celery and cucumber, garnish with onion slices. Refrigerate until required.
Serve with crispy salad leaves or rocket and sprinkle with crumbled fetta cheese.
