Ingredients

  • 125g can John West Mackerel Fillets in Olive Oil Blend, drained
  • ½ cup finely diced cucumber
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Method

STEP 1
Lightly mash John West Mackerel and add remaining ingredients.
STEP 2
Serve with sesame grissini and vegetable sticks.
