Ingredients
- ⅔ cup penne pasta
- 95g can John West Salmon Tempters – Tomato & Onion
- 4 pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 teaspoon baby capers
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Salmon Tempter Onion and Tomato 95g
Method
STEP 1Cook pasta following packet directions.
STEP 2
Drain cooked pasta and return to hot saucepan. Gently stir through John West Salmon, olives, capers and lemon juice and heat for 1 minute. Serve garnished with basil.
Tips
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.
