Ingredients
- 95g can John West Salmon Tempters – Olive Oil Blend, drained and oil reserved
- ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 150g pouch Vetta Ready Pasta Classic Penne, cooked following packet directions and refrigerate to chill
- 4 red and yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- 6 small pitted black olives
- ¼ small red onion
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves

Method
STEP 1Make a dressing using reserved oil from John West Tuna and vinegar.
STEP 2
Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
Tips
To make ahead, follow all steps but dress salad when ready to eat.
